Anyone can call the Children’s Advocate Office, particularly a child or youth, if they have a concern about a child or group of children receiving services from a provincial ministry or agency. Children and youth are encouraged to call on their own behalf. However, many parents, foster parents, social workers, health professionals and others also call on behalf of children and youth.
