Services
The Children's Advocate Office receives concerns
regarding individual children or groups of children as well as
concerns about services
that children or youth receive, when it is believed that:
- A child’s or youth’s interests
are not being considered
- A child’s or youth’s rights
are being ignored
- A child’s or youth’s viewpoint
is not being heard
- All relevant information about a child
or youth may not have been considered when a decision was being made
The Children's Advocate Office is not a child protection service. If
you believe a child is in need of protection you must contact your local
social services or police service.
